Stephen was born to Paul C & Ethel B. Jones on August 8, 1958, in Rochester, New York. As a child, he loved being outdoors and would play sports with his brother and friends out in the street in front of their home. His father used to take him and his brother to his father’s company bowling center and help set up the pins which led to his love of bowling.
