“If heaven wasn’t so far away, I’d pack up the kids and go for the day”
With heavy hearts, we celebrate the life of Justin T. Wilhoite.
While we gather together or read from afar, remember that when we lose someone we love, we don’t learn to live without them but to live with the love they left behind.
Justin had the worlds biggest heart and had love to share for all. His infectious hugs were a true testament to the unforgettable soul he was.
He was larger then life with a contagious laugh that brought light to everyone who knew him. From battle buddy’s in combat to friends and family.
He loved his plaid pajama pants and drumming and Blink-182.
He used to use his steering wheel as a drum set.
He would ask everyone to live and love with reckless abandon. - as he did.
He was our warrior and also our favorite goofball.
He loved dogs and they returned that love. The dogs always seemed more playful when they were playing with him. They recognized a kindred spirit.
Justin Served in the United States Army from 2003 to 2015. He had 52 months of combat time in Iraq. To our country he was a hero and a proud soldier who served with honor.
To our family, he was a Son, a Father, a Husband, a Brother to many, a uncle, a Grandson, a Nephew and the best friend anyone could ask for.
Heaven is a more beautiful place with his spirit there.
Rest in Peace.
