Jeffrey Earle Busbee

Jeffrey Earle Busbee, 55, of Cayce SC passed away October 24, 2023. Surviving are his siblings Sharon Parrish of West Columbia and Marty (Kimberly) Busbee of Sandy Run. Nephews Bradley (Dodie) McCullar of Gilbert and Brent (Adrianna) McCullar of West Columbia and niece Lacey Brooke Busbee of Sandy Run. Great nieces and nephews Sara Reale, Haley McCullar, Wade McCullar, Easley Jeffcoat and Eli Jeffcoat, as well as special friend and adopted nephew Christopher Thompson. 

He was born in Columbia SC and was the son of the late Jack and Ailsey Busbee. He enjoyed spending time at Lake Murray with family and friends throughout his lifetime and eating seafood at his favorite spots along Shem Creek in Charleston whenever the opportunity arose. As per his wishes, he asked that everyone remember him as he was and requested that no funeral or visitation be held in his remembrance. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mt. Zion UMC Cemetery Fund, 2349 Old State Road, Swansea SC 29160, in Jeff’s memory. The family would like to give special thanks to LMC ICU nurses, Maddie and Bryn, for their outstanding kindness and support.
