Felicia Payne

Felicia F. Payne, 81 of Pelion passed away the morning of the 5th of May. She was born a twin December 1, 1940 to Vivian A. Shull and Julian E. Shull in Columbia, SC. Mrs. Payne was a graduate of B-C High School in 1958 and was employed with Shakespeare Fish and Tackle for 31 years. 
Mrs. Payne  is survived by her sons Dwayne Payne and Joe Payne; granddaughter, Amanda Lucas; granddaughter and great granddaughter, Caroline Lucas; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Patricia R. Purvis. 
The family will receive friends beginning at 4:15pm Wednesday May 18, 2022 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 2491 Emmanuel Church Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, with a celebration of her life service at 5pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the church or to assist the family with funeral expenses.
