Andrew Bunton, Jr.

Andrew Daniel Bunton, Jr, (Danny) 64, a resident of Columbia SC, passed away on February 5, 2023.  Danny was born October 26, 1958 in Columbia, South Carolina, the son of the late Andrew D. Bunton, Sr and the late Eula Elizabeth Bunton.  He was a lifelong member of Bayview Baptist Church.

A true follower of Jesus Christ, he was never ashamed of the gospel and never met a stranger.  He was always willing to lend a helping hand while Praising the Lord.  His unique personality and enthusiasm for the Word poured out of his every breath and he never left you without sending you out covered in prayer.

Danny is survived by two sisters-Wendy R. Hallman (Philip) of Batesburg, SC and Sonja E. McLeod (Darryl) of Surfside Beach, SC, his nieces- Laurie Quinones, Melissa Gilbert (Remy, Sr.), Bryce McLeod, and Kellie A. Smith (James) and his great nieces and nephews, Gabriela Gilbert, Remy Gilbert, II, Mila Duncan, Elijah Moore, and Elizabeth Moore.

A service celebrating Danny’s life will be held Sunday, February 12 2023 at 3:00 pm at Moseley Funeral & Cremation Service, 914 Meeting Street, West Columbia SC, 29169.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bayview Baptist Church, 5300 Two Notch Rd., Columbia,SC 29204.
