Willie Earle (Bubba) Williams Jr., of West Columbia, SC, passed away November 7, 2016. He was born March 22, 1949 to Willie Earle Williams, Sr., and the late Elaine Price Williams. Bubba was a 1967 graduate of Brookla nd Cayce High School and a 1971 graduate of the University of SC. Bubba was a lifelong member of Brookland United Methodist Church where he served in may capacities.

Bubba is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carol Latimer Williams; his children, Don Zahnle (Dana), Kevin Williams (Karen) and Kelli Edwards (Matt); and 8 grandchildren, Zoe and Jeremy Zahnle, Jenna, Jared, Ava and Cooper Williams, and Madison and Paul Edwards, and his sister, Katherine Williams Rish. Bubba was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Mac Rish.

Services will be held at Brookland United Methodist Church on Wednesday, November 9 th at 11:00 AM . The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM in the fellowship hall. Memorial donations can be made to Brookland United Methodist Church
