Wendell, 81, son of the late John D. & Lillian Templeton, went home to be with the Lord on April 17, 2021.He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Phyllis Baxley Templeton, his son Gary D. Templeton of Austin, Tx , one brother, John D Templeton of Anderson, SC and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his brother Oswald R. Templeton and sisters Nell T. McKay, Leola T. Barrs and Jewel T. Redman.

Services to be held at The First Baptist Church of Gaston, SC , where he was a faithful member for 22 years. Visitation will be held at the Church on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM, Services at 2 :00 PM followed by Graveside service at the church cemetery.

Moseley Funeral & Cremation Service Is in charge.
