Thomas E. McLendon Jr., 62, of West Columbia, SC died at 8:30 p.m., Saturday, August 11, 2018, after a long a battle of illnesses.
Thomas was born May 16, 1956, in Winnsboro, SC. He graduated from Airport High School and attended the University of South Carolina. He lived his life for his family and loved watching Gamecock Football on Saturdays. He had a long successful career in sales. His loving spirit and personality will be dearly missed by
his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother and father, Thomas E. McLendon Sr. and Jackie McLendon, South Congaree, His wife, Cecilia McLendon, His son and daughter in law, Trey McLendon and Krissy McLendon, His Sister and brother in law, Mandy and Scott McLemore, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Brian McLendon.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the Greene Street United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held Friday, August 17, 2018 at Moseley Funeral & Cremation Service between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Greene Street United Methodist Church.
