Stephanie (Stephens) Murray

Stephanie Stephens Murray, 60, passed away after a hard fought battle with cancer on Saturday, April 9, 2022. Born on August 25, 1961 in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Howard Stephens, Sr. and Estelle R. Stephens. Stephanie was a graduate of Spring Valley High School and received her Bachelors degree from ECPI University. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 37 years, Paul Murray; son, Charles Murray; daughter, Sarah Murray (Jesse Brewer); two grandchildren, Mattie and Avery; brother, Howard Stephens, Jr. (Denise); half sister, Jan Stephens Ruple; half brother, Jimmy Teston; as well as many other beloved relatives. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm at Moseley Funeral & Cremation Service, 914 Meeting St. West Columbia, SC 29169. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners or St. Judes.
