Sheri Lynn Green

Sheri Lynn Damron Green, born on October 10, 1969, in Louisa, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on February 14, 2026. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Glen Damron, and her dear Katelyn Leslie Green.

Sheri is lovingly survived by her devoted son, Jeffrey Green, and her cherished daughter, Lana Damron. She is also remembered fondly by her siblings, Susan Damron and Mark Damron (Alice). As the daughter of the late Glen Damron and Lana Damron of Hi Hat, Kentucky, Sheri’s roots were deeply woven into the community she loved.

A faithful member of Trinity Baptist Church, Sheri’s warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cherishing her three beloved cats, Simba, Savage, and Melonhead, losing herself in a good book, attending concerts, and soaking up the peace of the beach. For seven years, she brought dedication and expertise to her role as a logistics manager at Metso USA, earning respect and friendship from colleagues.

Sheri shared a special bond with her dear friend Melissa O’Connor, who stood by her with unwavering love and support. Her gentle spirit, generous heart, and vibrant passion for life will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
