Robert “Bob” Marcello

Robert "Bob" Marcello passed away on June 16, 2019.  He was born the oldest of eight children to Anthony and Edith (Navarro) Marcello and was raised in Queens, N.Y.   After working for 25 years as Manager of the Cost Accounting Department at Lockeed Electronics, he then served for 10 years as a South Carolina State Constable.   He also owned and operated Marcello Piano Tuning Services and for many years was guest pianist for weddings and funerals.   He also served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged on March 31, 1961.

Mr. Marcello was married to Nannie Elizabeth (Liz) Paisley for 66 years.  Together he and his wife were parents of 7 adopted children: Cindy, Harvey Eric, Benny, Lynette, Felistis, Linda (deceased) and Joseph(Deceased), and the grandfather and great grandfather to many.  He will be laid to rest in Dust to Dust Cemetery in Swansea, S.C.  Services to be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Pelion Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Jerry Branham presiding.
