Rhonda Lynn Flannery

Rhonda Lynn Flannery, born in Germany on August 13, 1964, to the late Lucille Smith and Kenneth Devinney went home to be our Lord on February 14, 2023. She proceeded in death by her sister, Cathy Grainger, grandfather, Lewis Smith, and son, Lewis Huffstetler. She leaves behind her daughter, Jennie Taylor and her son in law, Scott Taylor to carry on her memories. Grandchildren, Kaydence Taylor, Jayden Taylor, Airrianna Huffstetler, and Evan Huffstetler, whom she loved with All her heart and soul. She will be missed by her niece, Crystal Marko and nephew, Phillip Rains, as well as her best friends Toni and Robyn. She will be missed by Lauren Washburn, which Rhonda looked to as a daughter. She will be missed by many people, including her dog Izzy. At this time no funeral arrangements have been made, however family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
