Peggy Sue Westbrook (59) passed away on Wednesday, October 19th after a long battle with COPD and cancer. She is survived by her long time companion Frank Bell; son Christopher Cullen and step sons Frankie and Thomas Bell. She had 18 grandchildren; Karissa, Junior, Victoria, Keith, Leca, Madison, Meredith, Seth, Ryan, Nora, Cullen, Harper, Carly, Colten, Grace, Skilar, Charles and Ariana. Also 8 great  grands' Scott, Aubree, Trinity, Oaklynn, Zay, CJ, Charles and Landon. 2 loving sisters, Patricia Jackson, Kathy Westbrook and brother, Hubert Westbrook, (Adell), and many other nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents Hubert Sr. And Doris Westbrook, her son Charles Cullen Jr. And sisters Tracy Westbrook and Christi Trackwell. Peggy was a true spitfire and was not shy about letting you know it. She loved to party and drink cold Budweiser. She loved going to the casinos to gamble especially the casino boat at the beach where she also enjoyed going and spending endless days with her family! She loved the outdoors sitting by an open fire, going to the beach and mountains and really loved the night scene with many friends she made throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed her many fishing trips with her boys and sharing the memories of their adventures especially ringing the bell at church on the way to wateree. If she didn't agree with you she was quick to set you straight! Her service will be held Saturday the 22nd of October at 3:00pm at Moseley funeral home and cremation service on meeting street in west Columbia.
