Mildred Moore Brown

A service to celebrate the life of Mildred Moore Brown, 89, of Lexington will be held 10 AM Friday, December 14, 2018 at our Lady of The Hills Catholic Church. The  family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in WoodRidge memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Mrs. Brown passed away December 6, 2018. She was born in Lexington County and was the widow of the late Byrl E. Brown and the daughter of the late Henry C. And Lillie Ellison Moore. Mrs. Brown was retired from Southern Bell, volunteered at Baptist Hospital and the soup kitchen at Washington Street United Methodist Church. Mrs. Brown is survived by her children, Stephen Brown, Keith Brown and Donna Sox; grandchildren, Kathryn Steck Foote, Chase Steck and Diana Brown. She was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.
