A graveside memorial service to celebrate the life of Maxine Bolton Perry of West Columbia, will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Celestial Memorial Park. Dr. Mark Bredholt will officiate. Memorials may be made to South Carolina Oncology Association, PO Box 2046, West Columbia, SC 29171 .
Maxine died Saturday, July 8, 2017. She was born in Gaston, SC, the daughter of Hazel Rish. Family was the most important and worked hard to keep us together.
Maxine is survived by her daughter, Jan Fowler of West Columbia; granddaughter, Jennifer and Amy Fowler; great-grandchildren, Zachery, Ryland and Jordanand son in law Danny Fowler
Maxine was predeceased by her son, David Perry, Sr.; grandson, David Perry, Jr.
