Lewis “Reed” Noles passed away at the early age of 69 on September 2nd, 2024. Reed was born on January 7th, 1955 and was the son of the late Louis Willis Noles and Eva Mae Cavender. Reed was born in Gadsden, AL and was raised in Columbia, SC. Reed was married to Twyla Marie Noles, who he shared a loving life with for 37 years. Together they had four children; Lewis Reed Noles JR(Angie), Jennifer Noles (estranged), Angela Michelle Branham and Paul Anthony Stokes (predeceased in 2009). Reed leaves behind 17 grandchildren who blessed him with 16 great-grandchildren. Jacqueline Browder(Mckinley & Jace), Alex Tison (Dawson & Anna), Madeline Noles, Cameron Noles, Brittany Hendrex(Jacob & Landyn), Nikki Branham (Zoey, Wyatt, Aubree, Kaiya, Kalani & MJ), Cody Stokes, Damon Branham(Elijah), Rafe Blackwell, Megan Stokes, Parker Blackwell and Ella Noles. Reed was 1 of 12 children. Reed’s surviving siblings are Steve Noles (Betty), Sandra Seppamki (Widowed), Susan McLaurin (Widowed),Layman Noles (Debbie), Darlene Noles (Eugene), Jack Noles (Bobbie), Jerry Noles, Lewis Noles (Loretta). Reedwas predeceased by two brothers and one sister; Kenny Noles (2009), Chris Noles (2014) and Flo Harrison(2017). Reed was an extremely hardworking man. Heworked at Stoudemire for Eight years. Once leaving Stoudemire, Reed started working at Total Comfort where he retired from Total Comfort after 37 years. Reed came out of retirement for 3 years where he worked at Comfort Experts. Reed was a devoted and loving Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, Great-grandfather and Friend who was loved by many. His Honesty, Humor and knowledge of everything was extraordinary. Lewis Reed Noles is a man that will be tremendously missed by many.
