Joyce Ann Hudson

Joyce Hudson went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ at 12:05 am on April 24, 2022.

She was born June 30, 1940 in Marion, SC.

Joyce was married to William Ted Hudson, Jr (May 16, 1920 – April 7, 1998).

She is survived by one son: Steve (Theresa) Hudson (Elk Mound, WI) and one daughter: Robin Hudson (AL).

Joyce had 4 grandchildren: Sabrina, Rory, Anastasia Hudson (WI) and Bradley R. Hudson (Brandy Powers) of Columbia, SC.

Joyce had 3 great grandchildren: Bradley Z. Hudson (Florence, SC), Brenna and Brooklynn Hudson (Columbia, SC).

She was a very faithful member of New Life Baptist Church, Columbia, SC for 17 years and will be sorely missed.

A celebration of life service for Joyce will be held at New Life Baptist Church, 2825 Ashland Road, Columbia, SC. on Wednesday May 4 at 7 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to New Life Baptist Church.
