John Gantt

A service to celebrate the life of John Edward Gantt, 64, will be held at 10am on February 17th at Hulon Baptist Church Batesburg - Leesville Mr. Gantt died Friday February 2, 2024, Born in Newberry County, he was a son of the late Walter Gantt and Rosa Stevens, Mr. Gantt is Survived by his loving wife Sheree M. Gantt; Sons, Grant Mudd of West Columbia, Joshua Monk of West Columbia , John Gantt Jr. Of Batesburg-Leesville; and daughter, Angelina Gantt of Batesburg - Leesville; six grandchildren. Mr. Gantt was preceded in death by his daughter Kristen Hampton. John was a gifted and talented radio broadcaster and later established many internet radio stations. He loved his family and friends dearly, John also had a giving heart, he always put his family and friends first. John was an inspiration to others and will be loved and missed dearly.
