Service to celebrate the life of Dorothy Jeanette Watts Kelly will be held at 4 PM Friday February 23, 2018 at Columbia World Outreach Church with Rev.Bill Watts officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. Mrs. Kelly passed away Tuesday February 20, 2018. She was born in Columbia and was the daughter of the late Jerry and Dorothy Bishop Watts. she enjoyed painting, coloring singing and playing with her grandkids. Mrs. Kelly is survived her children, Brian Allen Kelly and Michelle Lee (William) Moore; grandchildren, Whitney, Courtney (Samuel) Marina, Taylor, Zachary and TY; Siblings Bill (Rachel) Watts, Willis Arnette and Michael (Lois) Arnette.
