Herbert Gregg Causey III, 71 died January 1, 2016 at Lexington Medical Center. Son of the late Herbert Gregg Causey Jr. and Carolyn Williams Causey North. He was born in Columbia, SC, attended Columbia city schools, graduating from Eau Claire High School. He then served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force.
Surviving are his mother, his brother Steve Causey, three daughters Amanda Causey, Elissa Causey, and Angela Messina, five grandchildren, one in heaven.
A private family service will be held, conducted by the Reverand Jackie Utley, pastor of Ascension Lutheran Church.
