Helen Knight

Helen Pauline Klettner Knight passed away on September 11, 2018.  She was a life long resident of West Columbia, SC.  After attending Eau Claire High School she married Glenn A. Knight Jr.  They were married for 63 years.  Her parents Katie A. Longshore and Otto Klettner Jr. were from Newberry, SC She has one daughter, Deborah (Ray) Cotton and two grandchildren Raymond (Jessica) Cotton and Stephanie (Merlin) Corbin and one great grand child Alizabeth (Allie) Corbin. She was employed at Allied Signal for 36 years.  She enjoyed Southern Country Cooking and thrift shops. She was famous for her peanut butter cookies, brownies and pimento cheese. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8pm at Moseley Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 11:30am Tuesday morning at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens.
