A Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Harry Burton Goodson, III will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 18 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Episcopal), 1512 Blanding Street , Columbia.

Harry passed away on Wednesday, August 11 2021 in Columbia, SC.

He was born August 1,1944 in San Diego,CA to the late Belva Dorn and Harry B. Goodson, Jr.

He was a graduate of the USC School of Engineering and a Navy veteran.

Harry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joann M. Goodson and his two sons of whom he was so proud, Harry Burton Goodson, IV (Burt) and his wife Nicky and Joseph M. Goodson, and his sister-in-law Patricia M. Simmons. Also many more relatives and friends in Montana and South Carolina.

Harry was a good husband, a good father and a good man.
