Francis Melton Parks, 89, of Irmo passed away May 1, 2023 at her home. She was the widow of the late Hulon Dean Parks.
She is survived by her son, Michael Parks; grandchildren, Jody Parks, Jonathan Parks, Nicole Parks, Lindsey Nelson and Chas Sisk. As well as 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
