Dorothy Delilah (Raines) Williams Vaughan

A service to celebrate the life of Dorothy Delilah Raines Johnson Vaughan, 90, of West Columbia will be held at 12:00 noon Friday March 23, 2018 at Grace Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Southland Memorial Park. Memorials May be made to the church. Mrs. Vaughan passed away Tuesday March 20, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in  Blythewood and was the daughter of the late Preston and Minnie Raines. Mrs Vaughan was the widow of the late Herbert Johnson and William Vaughan. She was the oldest member of Grace Baptist Church. Mrs. Vaughan was the best mama and grandma. She was the rock of her family and happily took care of all her siblings until their passing. Mrs Vaughan is survived by her children, Sandra (Donald) Brazell, Ivory “Tootie” Huggins, Sharon (Mack) Standridge and H. Keith Johnson; grandchildren, Donna (Doug) Davis, Jeffrey (Sonja) Brazell, Laurie Austin, Treva Williams, Brent (Elizabeth)  Baston, Barry (Betty) Standridge, Tony (Deborah) Standridge, Terri Lynn Standridge, Charlie Johnson and Christopher (Grace) Johnson; 32 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
