A memorial service for Doris Ruth Mathis Lloyd, 82, of Lexington will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday May 27, 2018 in the chapel of Moseley Funeral & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date in Faith Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice. Doris passed away Friday May 18, 2018. She was born in Greenville, SC and was the daughter of the late William and Viola Mathis. Doris is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” Lloyd; children, Teresa Edick, Gary Rawls, Cheree Rawls, Melinda Layman and Billy Rawls; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Doris will loved and dearly missed.
