Clarence Lynch

Clarence A. Lynch, 91, of West Columbia, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 surrounded by the family he loved. Clarence served in the Marines and was a World War II veteran. He was a police officer with the city of Columbia for 30 years and after his retirement went to work as a court security officer with the US Marshalls Service for another 20 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of West Columbia, he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his family and friends and his country. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise Lynch brothers Charles and James and sisters Edith and Katherine. Clarence is survived by his sons, Wayne (Robbie) Michael (Maureen) and daughter, Cindy (Bill) Fritsche and seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
