Carmen Sheila Turner Hallman is survived by her former husband: Ernest Eugene Hallman, and their children Morwenna Denise Hallman, Laura Hallman-Hunter-Cunningham ( & Son in Law William Cunningham), Christina Marie Hallman, their grandchildren: Cameron Hunter- ( Finace’ Jayde Totuszynski) Jordon Hallman-( Finace’ Rachel Jezzard), Amber Cunningham, Brittany Hallman, Kathleen Hallman, Brooke Hallman, Kristina Hallman, Ashley Hopper-(Finace’ Jackson Dukes). Their great grandchildren: Storm Hallman, Coulson Hallman, Savannah Hallman, Landyn Dukes, Ensley Dukes, Kaysen Hallman & Sophia. Her brothers: Gordon Turner (wife Vicki Turner) ( Nephew Michael Turner) J.I. Blanchard (wife Lynn Blanchard) (Neice Carmen Jae Blanchard-Stitt). She was preceded in death by her parents: Pat Turner & Carmen Haynes Turner and her partner Patrick Hugh Lowder.
Sheila was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a great grandmother. Born on August 15, 1949, in August Georgia. She loved to be with her kids, her grandchildren, her great grandbabies and her friends. She loved her animals as much as she loved her kids, Emerald-the bird, Mahjong-the dog, and Ming Ming- the duck they made her smile! Sheila was a loving and warm person that made you smile. She loved the outdoors, taking plenty of pictures with her camera she carried all the time everywhere she went, drawing, painting,and singing -. She loved to travel to different places and see different parts of the state. She fought her battle with cancer as a very strong woman for a year, til the day that God decided he wanted another angel in heaven on February 21st, 2020, she was surrounded by all her love ones as she walked into heaven. We will always remember the good times and how happy you were and are now. Mom/Meemee we will always know that you are with us and you will always know that we love you and you will never be forgotten.
