Ralph Wesley Clark

On Friday, April 13 2018 at 10:10am Dad passed away after a short term battle with liver and kidney disease at the age of 77. Born July 23, 1940, he diedpeacefully at Providence Hospital in Columbia, SC surrounded by loved ones.Born in Kings Mills, Ohio, Dad also lived in the State of Washington before settling in Aiken, SC with his parents and three sisters. He attended Aiken HS and was a member oftheArmy ROTC. He held jobs invarious capacities including with Owens Corning Fiberglass in Aikenbefore he began a long term career with Seaboard Coast Line RR (now CSX Transportation). He retired from CSX in 2000 after 30 plus years of dedicated service. Dad had many passions in his life including food,tennis, golf, Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the sight of a pretty woman. He lived his life to the fullest.He waspredeceased by hisparentsJesse (Dad) and Jessie Edwards Clark; his sistersJuanita Clark,MarianO’RearandYvonne Chase. He is survived by his threechildren, Kim (Johnny) Price, Jeff (Angel) Clark andAngie (George)Crim; five grandchildren Brandi Clark, David Boger, Tyler (Sammy) Clark, Jessye(Zak) Clark, Stephen (Nikki) Clark and four great grandchildren Sydnee, Kayden, Myiahand Riley.In lieu of flowers, please consider contributions to the National Kidney Foundation - https://www.kidney.org/donation?promo=MTL000127 - in his honor.
