Wells, Francis P. (Frank) 68, of West Columbia., S.C. Thursday, June 3
Born 1953 in Pittsburgh, Pa. son of Mary Stevens and Richard Wells,
who predecease him, he is the last of the Wells bunch from S. Pacific Ave in
Garfield. He was a dutiful choirboy, graduate of Peabody H.S., Honorably Discharged
U. S. Navy Veteran who'd retired 5 years ago from the Weather Service.
It could be said of him that he was generous to all the many whose lives he
touched, a master of the "Grand Gesture" a cut-up prankster littering jokes and
lightening the mood, a pleaser from start to finish.
It can truly be said he never hurt anyone. Few earn such an epitaph.
He is survived by his spouse Joan, his daughters, Rebecca and Sarah, special
niece, Debbie Krebs, numerous nephews and nieces nationwide, friends, neighbors
as well as co-workers in South Carolina, Alabama, Pittsburgh and Erie, Pa.

I was a huge fan of Franks and he was a fan of me.He and I would meet at the fence at the ball park and talk for hours . I could not keep from laughing at all of his joke and he would tell me to beat that one. I had no clue that he was sick if I had known I would have told him some jokes to pick his spirits up. May you rest in peace . You Yank .
Love you Buddy and I will see you again.
