Edward “Eddie” Eden

Edward (Eddie) Eden, born February 5, 1962, passed away March 16, 2024 after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease.

He was born in Ft. Pierce, FL to Gerald W. Eden (deceased) and Martha Turner.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Carol Eden and children, Edward Eden Jr. and Mary Eden and her spouse Charles Lynch.

He was blessed with four grandchildren, Ariyah, Briella, Legend and Gagueria. He is also survived by his brother, Jeffrey Eden, sister in law Anna and nephews, Jeffrey Eden Jr, Gerald Eden, Thomas Eden, as well as sisters in law, Suzanne Wise and Margaret Wise.

Edward enjoyed the simple things in life. He enjoyed cooking, studying America History and he relished traveling with his wife.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Elmwood Cemetery, 501 Elmwood Ave., Columbia, SC 29201.
