Patricia Lynn Rangel, 52, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021. Born on February 15, 1969 in Columbia, SC she was a daughter of the late Brent Hamlin and Linda Kimbler Hamlin.

Hard work defined Patricia. A true jack  (Jill) of all trades, she never shied away from getting her hands dirty, and her work ethic was second to none. Her main focus in life was her children. She dedicated her life to raising and providing for them. She will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Francisco Rangel; children, Lindsay Major, Amber Garner (Michael), Sara Khattab, and Ameerah Khattab; siblings, Brent Hamlin, Jr. (Maria), James Hamlin, Cynthia Hamlin, Melissa Hamlin (George); three grandchildren, Peyton, Ember, and Riley; as well as her beloved four legged family members, Roxie and Berlin.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2pm at Moseley Funeral & Cremation Service, 914 Meeting St. West Columbia, SC 29169. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Trish was my high school sweetheart, my first wife and the mother of my two beautiful daughters, Amber and Lindsay. My daughters and my three grandchildren are the greatest gifts I have ever received. Trish will be missed.
